Healthy Family Resolutions

We are resolving to be a healthier family. These are our goals. Please keep us in your prayers that we can be better stewards of our time and all that God has given us, including our bodies so that we may serve Him better.

Healthy Family Resolutions

1. Put God first! Pray without ceasing, and read God’s Word daily!
2. Get plenty of rest. Go to bed on time! (K & M – 8 pm, E – 8:30 pm, M & T – 11 pm)
3. Get ready for tomorrow morning before going to bed at night.
  • Pick out clothes for tomorrow.
  • Get Mom’s lunch, coat, cell phone & purse ready if necessary.
  • Clear off table before going to bed.
  • Start dishwasher by 10 pm so it can be opened by 11:00 pm
  • Decide at night what to eat for breakfast in the morning.
  • Get off computer by 10:30 pm so there’s time to get ready for bed.
4. Eat at least 2 fruits and 3 vegetables every day, and limit sweets.
5. Weather permitting, at least get outside and walk to the end of the cul-de-sac each morning.
6. Wake up on time and get out of bed no later than 6:15 am.
7. Finish all schoolwork and chores before screen time for anyone (including mom and dad).
